Ordering Process

You may simply call or email us to place your order. When placing your order, please be mindful of how you would like your cake designed prior to calling. (i.e. size, decorations, colors, etc...) To better serve you, we ask that you allow a two week window to ensure your cake order.

Deposits & Refunds

Once your order has been confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total price discussed is to be made on ALL cake orders in order to guarantee your date availability. The remaining balance on your order must be paid 48hrs prior to your order delivery or pickup. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.


Due to the tedious handcrafted nature of our products, we can only take so many orders per week. If an order is canceled, all DEPOSITS are non-refundable but are transferable (if notice is given 2 weeks prior to the original event date) to a future order within 30 days of the cancelation date.

All PAID cake/pastry purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable after the sale has been finalized. The sale is finalized after deposit is secured.




If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly.



In the face of steadily rising gas prices, Cynthia's Kitchen is doing our best to hold down the cost of our cake deliveries.

Delivery and setup of your cake is a flat rate of $50 within Humble, kingwood, Atascocita and inside loop 610 area. If your venue location is outside of this area up to 50 miles delivery fee is $75. Anything outside of the 50 mile radius will be an additional .55 cent per mile both ways .
